3.1.1 - S15 - Led Fault Indicator Diagnostics Error Message LED Blinks Explanation

Possible Cause

The controller detects excessive current, Check whether there is a short circuit in the motor phase line. power off and restart. The controller temperature exceeds 95 °C, The controller works continuously under a high load, or the ambient temperature is too high, power off and restart. The supply voltage is below 17V Power supply battery under voltage, power off and restart. The controller detected an over voltage Check whether the power supply voltage is normal. Power off and restart. Emergency reverse switch failure Before power-on, the Emergency reverse switch be engaged, Release the Emergency reverse switch and power on again. INTERLOCK failure before power-on, the interlock switch be engaged, and the reset the tiller and powered on again Opening of electromagnetic brake is abnormal. Electromagnetic brake controller circuit failure, replace the controller. The electromagnetic brake shuts down abnormally. Electromagnetic brake wiring is not reliable, or the drive circuit fault, power off restart Main relay short circuit Main relay drive circuit failure
